Wellington Technologies Partners with PerceptIS to enhance support

Cleveland, OH. (March 11, 2008)— Wellington Technologies, Inc (WTI) has partnered with PerceptIS, LLC to extend and expand its existing support model. WTI provides maintenance, service and support solutions for HP, Sun, and IBM servers and datacenters.

“PerceptIS’s 24x7x365 call center will allow Wellington to manage support requests from inception through delivery all the way to resolution. It’s a great blending of talents - Wellington’s technical expertise and PerceptIS’s proven customer support model,” states Russ Seiter, PerceptIS’s Chief Operating Officer.

As part of this arrangement, PerceptIS will co-locate staff between WTI’s Westlake, Ohio headquarters and PerceptIS’s headquarters in Cleveland’s Flats neighborhood.
