Colorado Community College System Selects PerceptIS for 24x7 Support

Cleveland, OH. (February 21, 2008)— Colorado Community College System has selected PerceptIS, LLC to provide technical support to their 13 campuses and 107,000 students. Initially PerceptIS will support CCCS’s learning management system, Blackboard.

PerceptIS will leverage its IP based 24x7x365 call center to provide much of the support. CCCS users will be able to get help via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, they will have access to SmartiPantz ©, PerceptIS’s online self-help tool. SmartiPantz© is distinctive in that it combines aspects of social-networking and multimedia to shape and deliver the knowledgebase content.
