PerceptIS to provide IT support for Marietta College

PerceptIS, LLC has been awarded the contract to provide Marietta College with around the clock end-user support for their IT systems. A private college located in Marietta, Ohio, Marietta College is home to 1,750 students and 300 faculty and staff.

PerceptIS will leverage its IP based 24x7x365 call center to provide much of the support. Students, faculty and staff will be able to get help via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, faculty, staff and students will have access to SmartiPantz ©, PerceptIS’s online self-help tool. SmartiPantz© is distinctive in that it combines aspects of social-networking and multimedia to shape and deliver the knowledgebase content.

“Marietta College had been struggling to provide minimum help desk support. With PerceptIS we can now give our students and employees a first rate professional help desk that is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year,” said John Davis, Chief Information Officer at Marietta College.

“We are excited to be working with Marietta College. Whether it’s a private college like Marietta, a research university such as Arizona State University or a community college like Maricopa, we are focused on education and providing great service. Our tools, people and systems are all best of class and geared towards creating an exceptional customer experience. We are thrilled to be a part of the team.” states Bill Bradfield, PerceptIS founder and CEO.
